With the approval of the State Council, July 11th is the "China Maritime Day" every year, and it is also the implementation date of "World Maritime Day" in my country. In order to widely publicize the importance of "Navigation Day" and create a warm holiday atmosphere, the Ministry of Transport decided:
1) From sunrise to sunset on July 11th, 2020, Chinese civilian ships, non-Chinese ships owned or barely chartered by Chinese shipping companies are flagged. my country's shipping, ports, shipping agencies, maritime affairs, salvage, water transportation engineering and other sea-related management agencies, enterprises and institutions, scientific research institutions and all non-sea-related units of the transportation system can refer to the way that the ship is full of flags.
2) Except for ships operating in special waters with restricted whistle or operating in port, Chinese civil ships, non-Chinese ships owned or barely chartered by Chinese shipping companies will continue to whistle at 9 am on July 11th, 2020 one minute.
