Self-contained Breath Apparatus Testing Bench

ZHX-III uses a computer and a dedicated application to perform the tests. By setting instruction and parameters in the application, the user control the artificial lung in ZHX-III to simulate various breathing scenarios, and dynamically monitor the SCBA. The breathing resistance curve and many other testing data will be instantly displayed on the application, and can be printed as a report and store in the database. The application, supports both Chinese and English, is easily learned and friendly to its users.

Advantages of ZHX-III

1. Sine wave air flow and peak flow fulfills international standard , The European standard requires the SCBA testing equipment to produce air flow in sine wave, and the peak flow to be 3.1415 times of the average flow. If the testing equipment fails to produce air flow in sine wave, or fails to reach the required peak flow, the real standard taken by the testing equipment will be much lower than the standard, and affect the testing result.

With advanced control algorithm and hardware system, ZHX-III is able to precisely produce air flow in sine wave and reach the peak flow accordingly. 2. Head model

ZHX-III is equiped with the latest head model. The shape is of the head model is identical to the similar products on the global market, and can perfectly adapt to all kinds of masks. To avoid surface flaw and ensure the good seal performance, the head model is made with integral casting. Similar products on the market often uses paint to cover the flaws on the head model surface. The paint layer is likely to be damaged in the use, and affect the seal performance.With advanced casting process, ZHX-III’s head model can avoid surface without painting and maintain the excellent seal performance in the entire life-cycle.

3. Artificial Lung

The artificial lung used by ZHX-III is made of cloth clamping rubber, and formed by pressing process. It is difficult to deformation and has longer life-time. Without leakage from our artificial lung, ZHX-III can maintain the testing accuracy in longer time.

4. Dedicated Testing Application

The dedicated testing application for ZHX-III can precisely controls the artificial lung, to reach the expected breath volume, produce sine wave air flow and peak flow. ZHX-III is design and developed by shanghai Quanshen. The application is compatible with WinXP, Win7, Win8 and Win10 and support the user-friendly graphic interface in both Chinese and English.
