Testing methods for water filled weight bags

The rated load range of the water filled weighing bag is generally 0.5tons to 100 tons. Before dispatch,the water bags of each load must be properly tested,so that users can use them normally.Manufacturers must pass at least one of the following test methods before dispatch the factory.

1) Loading water load: Before the weighing water bag leaves the factory, the manufacturer should fill the bag with water to reach the rated load.During the filling process, strictly observe the leakage of the water bag and the force of the lifting equipment;

2) Inflation test: Inflate into the weighing water bag,and ensure that the pressure of the water bag can reach 0.25bar-0.5bar with a pressure gauge.It is qualified when left for 24 hours and observe the pressure change.That is qualified.
