Wash mandrels with clean water after they are used. And put them in the places where are well-ventilated and dry. Avoid exposed them to direct sunlight. Avoid touching sharp hard objects, oils, acids and alkalis when they are used.
Brush mandrels immediately with running water to remove the concrete of the mandrels surface to keep the mandrels clean after they are drawn out of the mold. Nylon brushes are the best.
If the mandrel leaks or the sealing film falls off, polish the needing repair part with grinding wheel. Brush glue and coat the film to the damaged part. If the fabric is damaged, you can repair it with adhesive tape.
