Non gas tightness chemical protective clothing is a special personal protective clothing worn by fire fighters, rescue team members, factories or laboratories to enter solid, liquid acid and alkali chemicals on site for rescue and work. It can resist acid-base corrosive substances and solvents such as alcohols,amines,alkanes and toluene.
The non gas tightness chemical protective clothing main material is CR, manufactured according to EN943-1 standard,and the product is inspected by CCS.
The RFH-I chemical protective suit has a yellow smooth rubber layer and a corrosion-resistant and solvent-resistant coating,which is beneficial to the liquid slipping,the inner surface is non-smooth embossing which helps to prevent the material from adhering to the skin. The garment is a one-piece structure,and the hat and the chemical-resistant rubber boots are permanently adhered to the garment body. The sill is designed to be protected against watering,and the splashed liquid does not flow into the garment and cause harm to the human body.
The chemical resistant rubber boots are gray, and the toe & sole are equipped with steel plates,which have anti-smashing and anti-puncture capabilities, also the gloves are equipped. Clothing protects the entire body except the face.
Chemical protective clothing should be inspected regularly. If the chemical protective clothing is found to be damaged,destroyed and inclined,it should be stopped. After contact with the chemical,apply the neutral detergent solution to the chemical suit,rinse off and dry. It should be kept away from light as much as possible,and exposure is strictly prohibited.
In places with strong chemical smell and toxic gases,it is recommended to use a positive pressure air respirator to ensure safe breathing.
